Card payments are always in balance with the amount credited to the student account.  Unlike using stand-alone credit card machines, there can be no unauthorized refunds and no under-,  over-, or missing payments. Advanced PCI-approved techniques are used to eliminate storage of sensitive credit card information on your systems.

NSF checks a problem? Payment Pro will only accept guaranteed forms of payment from anyone flagged with an NSF check hold.  It can also restrict payments (where necessary) based on various student account  settings including holds.

Whenever an NSF check is returned by the bank you'll never puzzle over which student account it's associated with. Each Payment Pro check endorsement contains a reference to the transaction in question.

Developed and refined exclusively for colleges and universities with any size student population, Payment Pro includes a long list of features which may be enabled or disabled according to your institution’s unique needs. Well over 100 features and behaviors may be configured and customized to your needs without programming.

Currently the system integrates with Ellucian Banner, Peoplesoft, Oracle Fusion, and Workday, with additional popular student systems being added on an ongoing basis.

Secure and Reliable

In the event your student system or campus network suffers an outage for any reason, Payment Pro continues to accept payments and will forward  transactions entered processed to your accounts receivable system within moments of its return to service.

For maximum reliability, Payment Pro automatically performs a back up of each day's transactions to your institution's central computing facility.
